What Will You Do?

As a Tissue Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing our donor clinic network, streamlining raw material procurement, and ensuring quality assurance for tissue donations. This interdisciplinary role involves collaboration with clinics, production, quality management, and the commercial department.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively collaborate with donor clinics
• Expand and maintain the donor clinic network
• Coordinate donation schedules with clinics and the production team
• Conduct training and facilitate communication with donor clinics
• Ensure high-quality documentation
• Streamline procurement processes and electronic documentation
• Organize, coordinate and/or perform sample transport between Helsinki and Tampere
• Communicate with partner laboratories

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in nursing, healthcare or equivalent studies preferred
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a medical field (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, clinical research, diagnostics, healthcare)
• Prior exposure to the healthcare ecosystem required
• Experience in operating rooms (valued)
• Ability to use standard office programs and systematically manage electronic documentation
• Familiarity with quality management systems (advantage)
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Finnish and English
• Location: Predominantly Helsinki with occasional commutes to Tampere; driving license required
• Regular office hours with flexibility to meet clinic and production schedules
