We are now offering an exciting combination role in a competent international team committed to taking the new product to the global market, which is:

‍Sales- and product specialist

– a combination role with commercial and clinical function.

You will interact independently and responsibly with existing and new customers in order to create excitement and increased demand and awareness for the new innovation. The clinical part of the role will involve product training and education, including hands-on injection training, to nurses and doctors.

Key tasks

  • Interact (plan&organize) proactively with customers (=aesthetic clinics in Finland) to effectively identify and execute field-based product promotions and action plans to create increased demand for the new product
  • Face-to-face sales calls with HCPs (healthcare professionals), sharing of product information and key research data, attendance at company meetings/company sponsored events (some meetings may occur during evening or weekend hours; travel in Finland will be necessary)
  • Conduct clinical trainings (skin injections) and educational events and ensure compliance to required needs and demand
  • Contribute to exceeding company sales goals and objectives for designated product- and other KPIs
  • Record customer meeting notes, tracking conversations, and other clinic management activities through company CRM system; (other administrative duties may be assigned)
  • Support in the product delivery process and documentation handling
  • Work closely with building relationships to health care providers and their staff
  • Attend medical meetings/conferences as needed based on organization and company needs
  • Other duties may be assigned

Skills and Qualifications

  • Commercial education and/or a degree within healthcare, preferably nurse
  • Sales experience preferred within aesthetics, skin care or FMCG business
  • Experience in clinical work (preferred)
  • Demonstrate strong track record of consistent documented success (such as sales performance, customer management, clinical work, educational tasks or other relevant duties)
  • Fluency in Finnish language and native, or close to native, English language skills
  • Possess valid driver’s license
  • Self driven, proactive, flexible and independent mind-set and attitude
  • Strong business acumen including excellent communication (verbal/written), interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and add value with every interaction
  • Proficient with MS Office in a Windows environment, experience in CRM software (preferably Hubspot)
  • A true team player and a valuable team member supporting the awareness, growth and market expansion of the revolutionary finnish skin regeneration innovation
  • Finally, an entrepreneurial, curious and creative mind
